Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased within the last 14 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product is unused and in the same condition that you received it
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that certain products are not eligible for return, including:

- Opened paints, pigments, or other consumables
- Digital products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Package the product in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and components.
- Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase in the package.
- Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

Alternatively, you can visit our physical store to return your purchase in person. Please bring the product in its original packaging along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, or if you received the wrong item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
For exchanges due to preference (e.g., different color or size), the same return eligibility criteria apply.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to determine if it meets our return policy requirements. If your return is approved:
- For in-store purchases paid by cash or debit card: refund will be issued in cash.
- For credit card purchases: a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card.
- For online purchases: refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and to appear in your account. The time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
